A garrisoned building that has been modified to act as an operating base. Players can spawn here if the Operating Post facility is build.
In-game description

The Safe House is a World Base that can be found in all towns and surrounding areas. It looks and acts like a Garrisoned House but also provides inventory, stockpile, and spawn point like every base.


When your faction controls a town's Static Base and have its Occupied Town Upgrade IconUpgradesOccupiedTown.png unlocked, you can rebuild the nearby Safe Houses with a Construction Vehicle (press E ).

Safe houses can activate the AI of defenses within 100m if they have the relevant base upgrades unlocked.

Safe houses possess the same three tiers system as Garrisoned Houses. The nearby Static Base must first be upgraded to the next tier before you can upgrade the tier of the safe houses.

When the nearby Static Base is destroyed, all players that are assigned to it will have their spawn points migrated to the connected Safe House with the most Soldier Supplies stockpiled. As such, Safe Houses serve as a backup to their Static Base.

Unlike Static Bases and Relic Bases, the stockpile of Safe Houses start empty at the beginning of a war.

IconUpgradesProvisionalGarrison.png Provisional Garrison Connects the base to nearby defensive structures (100m radius). Defensive structures will deactivate if player activity is too low.

Prevents nearby structure decay by consuming Garrison Supplies from the stockpile. Rate of consumption is 2 per hour per structure.

Required to upgrade Base to Tier 2.

IconUpgradesLargeGarrison.png Large Garrison Prevents nearby structure decay by consuming Garrison Supplies from the stockpile. Rate of consumption is 1 per hour per structure.

Required to upgrade Base to Tier 3.

FacilitiesArtilleryShelter.png Artillery Shelter Structure can only be destroyed from the interior. Outside damage does nothing when structure has less than 30% hp left.

Each Safe House upgrades changes the appearance of the structure on the inside and some even on the outside.

  1. Radio Station Can be seen by the radio on the table inside and the antenna attached to the outside structure.
  2. Artillery Shelter Can be seen by the iron plate cover around the windows and the iron mantle around the inner shelter structure.
  3. Garrison Can be seen by the unpacked supplies near the inner shelter door.
