Facilities are optional add-ons that extend the capabilities of a structure. Foxhole has a big variety of Facilities, most of which are for either extra crafting possibilities or other Base improvements.
Facility Efficiency
Each Upgrade Part will contribute progress based on the current Facility Efficiency. Efficiency is reduced when submitting Upgrade Parts, but is slowly restored over time. Efficiency has a lower impact on Upgrade Parts in backline regions.
How to Build Facilities
Players build facilities by submitting the required number of Upgrade Parts to the appropriate Facility (listed below).

Once Upgrade Parts are submitted to a Facility, they can't be retracted.

Civic Center | 10 | A governing office for the local city state region. This must be built before this base can be fully upgraded. This facility is destroyed when the base is rebuilt by the enemy faction. |
