Tactics
Due to the vehicle's mediocre speed off-road and slow turning turret, it is better to stay on roads so you can react faster if you're getting flanked. Another reason is that a single Anti-Tank Mine is a death sentence. Like the other offensive vehicles, it's strongly advised for the crew to wear gas masks and filters once Green Ash is unlocked. It's also better to not use the car at night due to the limited visibility.

On The Front Line
Against a fortified position, it's advised to use the AC backward (rear to the enemy and turret facing back) to allow a quicker retreat, because the vehicle is faster when moving forward and its armor identical on all sides. As the AC's gun has mediocre accuracy you'll be often forced to close in to be effective. This incentivizes a hit & run tactic (especially effective on bridge fights). However, the AC is much better suited to attack enemy infantry out in the open, rather than to push enemy defensive lines.

Once heavy anti-tank weapons are unlocked the AC becomes pretty much obsolete on the front line, because many of those outranges the AC's inaccurate gun, kill it very quickly, and the vehicle lacks a spotter position to warn the crew in advance.

Against Partisans
The standard ACs equipped with machine guns are excellent against small groups of enemies attacking your back lines on foot or with a LUV since they rarely have the heavy weapons, the numbers, or the defensive positions to kill an AC, especially early in the war. However it's not advised to fight a Landing APC if one attacks your back lines due to the high chance of it carrying heavy weaponry.

ArmoredCar

The Armored Car is a small armored combat Vehicle with 2 seats.

Description

The Armored Car seats a crew of 2 (1 driver, 1 gunner). It's the armored vehicle type with the lowest health. The default variant has a pair of 7.92mm machine guns. Most variants have decent fuel consumption and mediocre off-road speed.

An Armored Car is very lightly armored, it can soak up small arms fire and shrapnel but anything else should be considered a dangerous threat. It won't last long when faced with heavy calibers, heavy explosives. Anti-tank weaponry is almost always a death sentence. The armor has a small chance to deflect 20mm, 30mm, and R.P.G. Shells.

It is heavy enough to trigger Anti-Tank Mines (a single mine nearly kills it). It can safely cross Field Bridges without damaging them too much. It cannot cross Trenches. It can run over Sandbags and tier 1 walls but can't run over Barbed Wire Fences. It is small enough to cross the narrow wooden Bridges usually reserved for just infantry.

Armored Cars are small enough to fit on a Flatbed Truck once packaged.

They have a horn (press LMB).

The v.190 Knave is the perfect example of this philosophy. Fitted with a modified, outdated twin-grenade launcher turret, the Knave is a surprising combination of speed and subterfuge that quickly routs the enemy, leaving them befuddled. twin-grenade launcher 40 Refined Materials 150L
